Refund and Return Policy

At EnergyRapic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be in its original, unused condition.
Be in the original packaging.
Not be a customized or installed product (which may be subject to different terms).
Please note that solar panels and other customized energy solutions are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will assist you with the return authorization and provide instructions for shipping the items back to us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Installed products or services (such as solar panel systems) once installation is completed.
Gift cards or downloadable digital content.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria:
A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, the full cost of the item (including shipping) will be refunded.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering, a restocking fee may apply (typically 15% of the total purchase price).
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and approved.
5. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

Provide a description of the damage or defect, along with photos if possible.
We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
