All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once you place an order, the price is locked in for that transaction. Availability of products is updated regularly, but in the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
3. Payment Terms

For customized or commercial installations, a deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion of the service.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. For large or customized orders, additional time for delivery and installation may be required.
6. Returns and Cancellations

- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the stage of processing.

All products sold by EnergyRapic come with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use conditions. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty details.
8. Installation Services
For products that require installation (e.g., solar panels, energy-efficient systems), our professional installation team will contact you to schedule an appointment at your convenience. Installation costs are separate from product pricing and will be provided during the consultation.
