Delivery Options
EnergyRapic provides several delivery options to cater to different customer needs and preferences:
Standard Delivery: This option includes delivery to your front door or the first dry area of your residence. Standard delivery is suitable for most orders and will have your items delivered directly to your address.
White Glove Delivery: For a premium experience, our White Glove Delivery service includes unpacking, assembly, and placement of your furniture in your desired room. This service is ideal for customers who would like to have a comprehensive and hassle-free setup of their new furniture.
Local Pickup: If you prefer, you have the option to pick up your order directly from our warehouse or showroom. This is a free option and gives customers flexibility in how they receive their orders.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to various destinations. Please note that international shipping rates and conditions will vary. International shipping rates, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide estimated shipping costs based on your location and the items purchased, along with timeframes and limitations that apply.
Special Handling: For oversized, fragile, or delicate items, special handling services are required to ensure safe and damage-free delivery. Items requiring special handling will be packed and moved using appropriate care and techniques. Additional charges may apply for this service, and any related costs will be clearly communicated to the customer at the point of sale.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on several factors, including your location, the delivery option chosen, the product availability, and any custom modifications.
Standard Delivery: Standard deliveries typically take between 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is processed. Delivery times are subject to the current inventory status of the selected products.
White Glove Delivery: White Glove Delivery may take slightly longer to schedule, usually between 10 to 21 business days, due to the additional time and resources required for setup and placement.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is typically available within 3 to 7 business days after purchase, upon confirmation from our customer service department. Please bring a copy of your purchase receipt.
International Shipping: Delivery times for international shipments vary widely depending on your destination. Delivery can take between 2 and 10 weeks, due to transit times and customs procedures in the recipient country.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Custom-made furniture pieces may have extended delivery timelines. Lead times for these products will be communicated at the time of purchase and can range from 4 to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the order.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, logistical issues, or holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined based on the selected delivery option, the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address.
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery rates will be calculated at the time of purchase. A clear breakdown of all shipping costs will be provided.
White Glove Delivery: White Glove delivery incurs an additional charge for the premium service provided. The associated costs will be specified during the order confirmation.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is free of charge.
International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase, based on the destination and weight of your purchase. Please be aware that the cost quoted does not include additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees that will be levied by the local customs authorities in your destination country. These must be paid by the recipient.
Special Handling: Additional charges will be applied to any item that requires special handling. The cost is determined by the type of packing and handling required and will be communicated to you before the purchase is finalized.
Delivery Process
Order Processing: Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, we will process it. You will receive a confirmation email with a preliminary delivery timeframe.
Delivery Scheduling: For Standard and White Glove deliveries, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment within the indicated timeframe. We will make every attempt to coordinate your delivery based on your preferences.
Delivery Day: On the day of delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and inspect the order. Our delivery personnel will handle your products with utmost care.
Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all items for any damage. Note all discrepancies or damages on the delivery form. Please contact our customer service department immediately to report any issues.
Signature: A signature will be required upon delivery, acknowledging that the products were received in good condition.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Address: Please verify that your delivery address is accurate and complete. EnergyRapic will not be responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Accessibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access to the delivery location. In certain cases, access to certain floors in buildings may be limited. Customers are responsible for any added costs related to access limitations.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., nobody is present to receive the delivery), an additional re-delivery fee may be charged.
Delivery Delays: While we always aim to meet the delivery timeframe, we are not liable for any delays resulting from causes beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic, customs delays).
Shipping Insurance: We may recommend that international shipments are insured in order to protect against damage, theft, or loss. In some cases, we may require insurance for high-value items. The cost of insurance, if applicable, will be clearly communicated.
Customer Obligations: Customers are responsible for complying with local delivery regulations. Any fees or issues related to violating local guidelines are the responsibility of the customer.
